It is an honor and privilege to welcome you to the Dorothy Riley Grand Queen of the South Department. I am Princess Chuvala Snell-McFarlane, Grand Queen Bathsheba for the State of Florida. We are committed to providing 5 E's for Excellence and supporting our community through charitable works.

The State of Florida members continue to improve on the work started by our founders and strive to embody the teachings and grandeur that the Queen of the South exemplifies. With Christ as our Centre we will continue Striving for Excellence in the department.
Our mission is to prepare every eligible Sister of our organization, to become an active member of the Queen of the South Department.
PURPOSE
We seek to provide charitable works throughout the community, cultivate growth, education and full participation of our members.

The annual business meeting where the Grand officers convene for planning of the annual Grand Session.
Our annual Royal Ladies convention will also take place for the Florida's Royal Ladies Grand Assembly.

This convention serves as the uniting body of the Grand Lodge (Masons) and the Grand Chapter (OES) in which joint meetings are held and facilitated by the Grand Joint Council Director, Illustrious Todd Hawkins, 33°.
Our annual Tri-Convention will also take place for the Marshals, Monitors, and First Aid Responders.

The Grand Session is our International Masons and Eastern Stars’ Annual Family Reunion. There is early morning education, morning sessions where we hear from our Supreme and Grand Leaders. During the evening, there are social activities to relax and unwind from a long day.
Our annual Rose Convention will also take place for our Florida Sunshine Grand Rose College.
